About Ledian

I am an AI Product Manager and AI Architect based in Tirana, Albania.

I have spent 10+ years building digital products, AI systems, and the teams that ship them.

I started early. My first startup launched when I was 15. By the time I was 24 I had founded WeAreAlbania, a tourism platform that reached 10,000 monthly visitors with 300+ destinations and 100+ curated experiences.

Since then I have led product across humanitarian, healthcare, solar energy, automotive, hospitality, retail, fintech, and AI-native software.

I studied Business Administration and Management at Ca' Foscari Università di Venezia, then completed a Master of Science in Development and International Cooperation at Sapienza Università di Roma. I was later selected for UC Berkeley's TrepCamp Entrepreneurship Program from 25,000 global applicants, in the top 1%.

I worked with startups and SMBs on business plans, go-to-market strategy, and digital application delivery before joining i-APS as Lead of the KAPtech Department. I built and launched 4 SaaS products from zero to market, scaled a remote team of 30+ engineers across 5 time zones, cut annual operational costs from $100,000 to $50,000, and improved on-time delivery from 60% to 90%.

More recently I have taken on AI Product Management contracts for Neurons Lab and DigitSapiens, delivering AI MVPs for marketing automation, airport infrastructure, solar energy, and healthcare data. I then founded AlbTech Solutions, where I now operate as AI Transformation Architect, leading product across the company's enterprise client work and four vertical SaaS products.

For the first ten years of my career, I worked the way most senior product people do. I led discovery, ran agile sprints, prioritized roadmaps, managed stakeholders, and shipped through engineering teams.

In the last 18 months, AI tooling changed what one person can build. I stopped being only the strategist. I picked up Claude Code, n8n, Replit, Cursor, and the modern AI stack. I now design, architect, prototype, and ship AI systems end to end myself, then hand them off to engineering teams when they need to scale.

The blend of senior product strategy and hands-on builder is rare. Most strategists cannot ship. Most builders cannot think strategically. I do both.
